Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the handmade, natural, and artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Consumable or perishable items, where permitted by law. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory and the artisanal nature of our products.

 

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for items lost or delayed during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
