  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Checkout Disclosure

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed, as required by WooCommerce.

  • Rates are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation email.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Earth’s Love Snuff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos so we can assist you.

Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery or incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
