Tete Pawã, named after the Harpy Eagle—one of the most revered birds of the Amazon—is a sacred shamanic snuff crafted by the Kuntanawa people of Acre, Brazil. Known as the “Royal Hawk” in Brazil, this majestic bird symbolizes spiritual guidance and renewal for the tribes.
This blend is highly recommended for meditation, shamanic rituals, and sacred ceremonies. It is a profound tool for those seeking deeper spiritual awareness, holistic well-being, and an enhanced connection with the wisdom of the forest.
• Energetic Profile:
Kawa Xinã clears mental confusion and instills tranquility. Kumã strengthens the spirit, providing firmness and guiding deep spiritual studies. This Hapé facilitates serenity, concentration, and connection with higher realms, while supporting the activation of the pineal gland. The medicine is believed to awaken a sense of rejuvenation and new beginnings.
• Traditional Wisdom:
The Kuntanawa, also known as the “People of the Coconut,” belong to the Pano linguistic family and reside in the Alto Juruá Indigenous Reserve and Rio Tejo, in the municipality of Marechal Thaumaturgo, Acre, Brazil. Their community, spread across the villages of Kuntamanã and Sete Estrelas, numbers around 400 people today.
In the early 20th century, the tribe suffered devastating losses during the rubber exploitation period, leaving only five survivors and leading to the extinction of their native language. Under the leadership of the patriarch Seu Milton and his wife Dona Mariana, they began a powerful process of cultural and spiritual reconstruction, reclaiming their heritage and ancestral practices.
• The blend contains:
This special blend is prepared with Sabiá, Tsunu ashes, and the powerful plant medicines Kawa Xinã and Kumã.
About Hapé:
Hapé, pronounced 'haa-pay', is a sacred herbal blend made by indigenous tribes of the Amazon.
Its application involves the use of tools to blow the hapé into the nostrils.
In the tribes, its use is always associated with moments of prayer and meditation, facilitating a connection with Mother Nature.
Traditional peoples use this healing hapé to clear the mind, purify thoughts, bring clarity, achieve spiritual alignment, and cleanse negativity and heaviness from the body, mind, and soul. Indigenous tribes have used this medicine for thousands of years to heal their communities and connect with the Creator.
The preparation of this medicinal plant is a labor-intensive process that takes days to complete and is conducted ceremonially. It involves various healing Amazonian medicinal plants, leaves, trees, and seeds from native lands.

Hapé is a sacred ancestral medicine, deeply rooted in the traditional practices of the peoples who carry this knowledge. It is not recognized as medicine by the FDA. Conventional medical treatments for physical or mental conditions should not be discontinued.

We encourage mindful use—approached with respect, intention, and wisdom—and, whenever possible, under the guidance of a shaman or an experienced practitioner.
Those with respiratory or heart conditions, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, are advised to avoid its use unless safely guided by knowledgeable keepers of the tradition.
To fully receive its benefits, dedicate a quiet, clean, and protected space for the practice, allowing the medicine to unfold without outside interference. Beginners may start with very small portions—about the size of a grain of rice—and gradually adjust as they feel ready, observing and recording their experiences as part of the path of self-discovery.
Each hapé carries its own unique spirit and way of working. Choosing a blend should be done with clear purpose and intention. By engaging with this medicine, you also help support the forest, preserve ancestral knowledge, and uphold the continuity of Indigenous traditions that keep this legacy alive with respect and wisdom.
