This Nukini hapé is the creation of Rudilene Nukini, a dedicated medicine woman who has worked with shamanic snuffs for over a decade. Handcrafted with love and respect by the Nukini tribe in the far west of Acre, Brazil, it is a true expression of Amazonian wisdom and feminine healing power.
Rudilene’s journey with hapé began in 2010, when she met her husband Erison Nukini, who also worked with these sacred medicines. Together, they began producing hapé not only as a spiritual offering but also as a way to sustain and build their community. Through their craft, they have created a village, nurturing their people with the resources generated by sharing their medicine.

• The blend contains:

At the heart of this blend lies Sabiá. Its leaves are carefully harvested, dried, fermented, and shaped into long ropes. These are then twisted into large cylinders weighing up to 10 kg (about 22 lbs), which are left to mature until they reach the perfect stage for crafting sacred medicines. This species of is known for producing particularly strong shamanic snuff, often enhanced by Tsunu ashes, which add cleansing properties and both spiritual and physical healing power.

Another remarkable ingredient is the Vagem Elixir, a plant considered sacred among traditional Amazonian peoples. “Vagem” refers not to a string bean, but to the deep riverbanks where this plant blooms. It can only be harvested during the dry season, as it remains submerged during the rains, making it rare and highly valued.
