With each application of this rapé, the presence of the spirits is awakened, dancing in connection with the one who receives it.
• Energetic Profile:
This powerful preparation is crafted to facilitate communication with ancestors and invoke the forces and spirits of the forest.
• Traditional Wisdom:
The name Yuxibu comes from the indigenous lexicon, especially among the Huni Kuin people, referring to the countless spirits that inhabit the forest realms. Among them, the Boa Constrictor stands out as the Great Spirit, the creator of all, whose primordial vibration gave birth to the first sound.
In Huni Kuin ceremonies, the ritual chant “Siri Siri Siri” honors the sacred essence of the Boa, one of the most important Yuxibu. According to tradition, it was this spirit who shared with the Kaxinawá and Huni Kuin the sacred knowledge of preparing Nixi Pae, their name for Ayahuasca. This brew serves as a key to accessing tribal medicines and ancestral wisdom.
Thus, Caboclo Yuxibu Hapé acts as a bridge between the material world and the spiritual realm, connecting the one who receives it with the strength of the forest, the sacred Boa, and the spirits that dwell within.
The artisan behind this hapé is a true Caboclo, heir to a lineage that blends the heritage of migrant rubber tappers with indigenous ancestry—a living reflection of the cultural identity of Acre, in Brazil.
He holds a strong connection with the Nukini people, from whom he learned much of his knowledge of medicinal plants and traditional practices. His story is deeply tied to the Serra do Divisor, a national park on the border between Brazil and Peru, a sacred land rich with waterfalls, wildlife, and the pure energy of the rainforest. It is within this pristine environment that he cultivates and prepares his medicines with ancestral wisdom.
